The BugBrowser circular map displays GC content information on its third innermost circle.  Areas of low GC content are colored in yellow, and areas of high GC content are colored in red.  Computation is dynamic, and GC content may be identified using 1, 2, or 3 standard deviations from the mean value using the 'GC Content #Sigma' drop-down list on the left side of the applet's control panel.
