DNA repeat data is visualized in a variety of ways:
- The second innermost circle of the circular map depicts regions on the genome where repeats occur.
- Clicking on a highlighted region will bring up a detailed display of repeats in the selected region. In this view, the repeats are colored by nucleotide. The map is navigable using the coordinate list on the control panel on the left side of the display. The list also contains repeat names that can be clicked on to shift the map such that the requested repeat is made visible.
- Alternatively, repeats may be color coded by type. Note the nesting of repeats in this example.
- Repeats may also be viewed on the linear map interspersed with the gene rows.
