For organisms with transposons or IS elements, BugBrowser will label the the genes that code for transposases in different colors so that they may be easily identified.  Furthermore, it is possible to display only the transposons using the 'Transposase Filter' option on the applet's left control panel.   Additionally,
it is possible to display only transposases from certain families using the selectable boxes on the right side of the control panel.  The image below illustrates the described controls.
